📦 Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day

Shipping Locations

We currently ship Australia-wide

International shipping may be added in the future

Shipping Costs

Free shipping on orders over A$50

Orders under A$50 are charged shipping based on weight at checkout

Delivery Timeframes

Standard delivery: 2–7 business days (depending on location)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays

Packaging

All cards are securely packed using sleeves, top loaders, team bags, and protective packaging to ensure safe delivery.


🔁 Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the collectible and condition-sensitive nature of trading cards, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Returns are accepted only if:

The item arrives damaged

The incorrect item was sent

An item is missing from your order

Return Conditions

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Claims must include:

    • Order number

    • Clear photos of the item and packaging

    • Items must be returned in original condition

  • Sealed products cannot be returned once opened

  • Graded cards are final sale

If approved, we will offer:

A replacement (if available), or

A refund to the original payment method

Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Return shipping costs are covered only if the error is ours.

This policy complies with Australian Consumer Law.


📬 Return Method

All returns must be approved before being sent back.

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Provide photos and order details

  3. If approved, return instructions will be sent

  4. Items must be returned within 7 days of approval

Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.


🃏 Card Condition Policy

All single cards are listed accurately to the best of our ability

Minor print imperfections are common in trading cards and are not considered defects

Please review card language, edition, and condition carefully before purchasing
