Due to the collectible and condition-sensitive nature of trading cards, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Returns are accepted only if:

The item arrives damaged

The incorrect item was sent

An item is missing from your order
To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number

Clear photos of the item and packaging
Important conditions:

Items must be unused and in original condition

Sealed products cannot be returned once opened

Graded cards are final sale
If your claim is approved, we will offer:

A replacement (if available), or
-
A refund to your original payment method
Return shipping costs are covered only if the error is ours.
This policy complies with Australian Consumer Law and does not limit your rights under the law.
